- A coloured copy of your photo identification (e.g. passport/driving licence), front and back.
- A copy of a statement for the card used or proof of registered address [less than six (6) months old], showing your full name and address and the issuing body’s name or logo. If sending a card statement, please block out your bank card number if it appears.
- Photo captured images are preferred, however we can accept scanned copies saved as .JPEG.
- NOTES: All details must be clearly visible.
